Discovery Day at Tenby Schools Setia Eco Gardens

On March 22, 2024, Tenby Schools Setia Eco Gardens in Johor Bahru celebrated the grand opening of our highly anticipated Discovery Centre.

This state-of-the-art facility is set to become the heart of innovation and creativity within our school community. Designed to foster collaboration and inspire groundbreaking ideas, the Discovery Centre is a testament to our commitment to embracing S.T.E.A.M (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) education.

The Discovery Centre boasts an array of cutting-edge facilities, including a Maker Space, fully equipped science laboratories, art rooms, and cooking rooms. These spaces are dedicated to nurturing the curious and confident minds of our students, providing them with the tools and environment to explore and innovate.

Our Parent Teacher Association (PTA) played a significant role in the day's success by organising a comprehensive medical screening for the Tenby community. This included a special focus on colorectal cancer awareness and sound therapy treatments provided by experts in the field. The event was a wonderful opportunity for parents to engage with the new facilities and experience firsthand the excitement and potential they hold.

Discovery Day was a resounding success, marking the beginning of a new era of educational excellence at Tenby Schools Setia Eco Gardens. We look forward to seeing the incredible ideas and projects that will emerge from our Discovery Centre.
