Discover the value of a transformative education at our school. We offer two different fee structures across our International School (Tenby International School) and our Malaysian National School (Sekolah Sri Tenby). Below are our fee structures for your easy reference for the 2026 Academic Year. Extra fees

All fees quoted are exclusive of all applicable taxes including, without limitation, sales and services tax and any other similar taxes imposed by the government. You shall be responsible for the payment of all such applicable taxes in addition to any fees quoted by the school.

 

When you first apply to start at our International School, these are the extra fees.

The school fees do not include: books, uniform, transportation, food, co-curricular activities, educational visits, and external examination fees.

Further information

Tuition and other fees are set annually by the School Board. These are shown overleaf for the indicated academic year. Parents / guardians are charged for the following items when entering/enroling in school: 

  • Application fee per child. This is payable prior to taking the entrance assessment and is non-refundable. 
  • International fee per child. This is a once off fee that only applies to non-Malaysian students. First child will be charged 2,000RM, siblings will only need to pay 1,500RM, and the guardian will be charged 1,000RM. 
  • CCAs/out-of-school supervision classes. Fees are paid each term and will vary according to the nature of the CCA. 
  • Deposit of half a term’s fees. This is refundable provided notice is given in writing on or before the first day of term that a student will be leaving the school at the end of term. Failure to give such notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. This refundable deposit is not meant to be used for payment of term fees. 
  • Educational visits. Fees vary depending on the exact details of each visit. 
  • Exams / tests. Externally set exams such as Cambridge Checkpoint tests, IGCSEs & SPM. Fees vary depending on the exact details of each examination. 
  • Extra car stickers. Each family is provided with two car stickers free of charge. Up to two more car stickers can be purchased from the school office at a cost of RM5.00 each. 
  • ID card for students. Students must always wear ID cards on campus. ID card replacements cost RM50.00 each. 
  • ID Card for parents. ID cards are provided to parents when entering the campus. It is important to wear them to keep the community safe.
  • Meal plan can be ordered online via Vircle Apps. 
  • Registration fee per child is non-refundable.
