Our recent Menstruation Awareness Session for girls from Year 5 to Year 8 provided a safe, supportive space to learn about menstrual health, hygiene, and self-care. The session combined fun games, interactive Q&A discussions, and practical demonstrations on how to correctly use sanitary pads. This hands-on approach helped students feel informed, reassured, and confident about their own health. To extend care beyond the classroom, every participant received a free set of sanitary pads. This was more than just a talk - it was about breaking taboos, encouraging body positivity, and empowering young women to take charge of their well-being. By addressing menstrual health openly, we aim to nurture strong, self-assured individuals who can support themselves and others.
