Our Year 10 students took part in an engaging eye dissection practical, providing them with a valuable opportunity to explore the structure and function of the eye.In class, students carefully examined the external features of the eye before conducting a detailed dissection to identify key structures, including the cornea, iris, lens, and retina. Through observation and discussion, they developed a deeper understanding of how these components work together to enable vision. This hands-on experience not only reinforced students’ knowledge of human biology but also encouraged curiosity about the remarkable ways our senses allow us to perceive and interact with the world around us. Well done to our Year 10 students for their enthusiasm, focus, and active participation throughout the practical.
