Science classes ignite curiosity and encourage exploration. The English curriculum is enhanced with White Rose Science to help students explore the natural world through hands-on experiments and inquiry-based learning. Our lessons encourage learners to think like young scientists.

Every day, I see students taking creative risks in class because they know they’re in a safe, supportive environment that values effort over perfection.

I've had many positive experiences with teachers who are proactive in identifying areas where students need additional support. They're not just focused on delivering lessons and marking essays; they genuinely care about their students' well-being.

Student leadership opportunities

Leadership roles like Student Council, House Captains and Librarians encourage students to take responsibility, develop essential teamwork and communication skills. Whether leading their peers in group projects, helping organise events, or representing their class, these roles help children grow into responsible, self-assured individuals.

House communities

Our whole campus House System provides children with opportunities to be rewarded for their efforts outside the classroom, where they can earn House Points for their participation in areas such as Collaboration, Critical Thinking, Character, Community, Creativity. Our four house groups are Ledang, Tahan, Kinabalu and Jerai.

Learning further afield

We love planning exciting experiences for our primary students. Throughout the year, we arrange delightful day trips to fascinating places, enriching our students' learning. A special highlight for Years 5 and 6 is the residential trips in Malaysia.  These trips are not only great fun but also a valuable opportunity for students to strengthen friendships and develop independence. These trips create lasting memories and important learning opportunities outside the classroom.

Seamless transition

The Year 6 Transition Programme supports learners as they move to secondary school, offering buddy systems, taster sessions, and introductions to their new environment. By getting them to know the teachers, the whereabouts of the classrooms and the subjects, they'll be better prepared. During Transition week all students will have a Year 7 buddy assigned to them to help the process of moving up and they will have taster sessions to experience life as a secondary student.
