Terms and Conditions
• Fees DO NOT include books, meals, uniform, education visits & examination fees.
• Fees are invoiced 3 times a year and are payable at the commencement of every school term.
• The school reserves the right to impose a late payment charge of 5% per annum on all outstanding fees which has not been paid by the 15th day of the commencement of the new     
 school term.
• Parents / guardians are to give, IN WRITING, AT LEAST ONE TERM’S NOTICE BEFORE the student leaves the school. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
• Application fees are payable prior to taking the Entrance Assessment and is non-refundable.
• Registration Fees, Term Fees and Deposit are payable on issuance of Letter of Acceptance and Offer. Registration fees are non-refundable.
• Deposit is to be topped up yearly according to student’s year of study.
• Payments are to be made by cash or cheque to “FONDCARE SDN BHD”.

To make it easier for parents, the complete admissions procedure is detailed below:

STEP 1: To submit the Application Form along with the required documentation*, which are listed below.

1. A copy of both parents’ IC

*Please note that ALL documentation must be complete before we can proceed to process your child’s admission.

Admissions Procedures
STEP 2: To pay RM500 non-refundable Application Fees.
STEP 3: Assessment date will be scheduled for your child.
STEP 4: Outcome of assessment will be notified within 5 working days.
STEP 5: A Placement Declined Letter will be issued for unsuccessful applicants. 
             A Letter of Offer will be issued for successful applicants.
               i. Acceptance of Letter of Offer must be made within 10 workings days.
              ii. Payment of Registration Fees, Term Fees and Refundable Deposit must be made upon acceptance.
