Abdul Naeem is the Head of Science at Tenby Schools Setia Eco Gardens and joined the school in August 2014. He graduated from the University of Manchester with a BSc and MSc in Physics. He then began a career in management for 2 years before deciding to enter the teaching profession. He completed his Postgraduate Certificate in Education at the University of Birmingham in 2011 and has been teaching since. Mr Naeem has taught across all 3 Science disciplines, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics from ages 11-16. He has also collaborated with other schools to teach A-Level Physics.
 Mohzi

 

Kanimohzi (Molly) Mani graduated from Tun Abdul Razak University with a Bachelors of Education (BEd) majoring in English literature, with teaching experience since 2012. Ms Molly has taught IGCSE English at a private Methodist School in Ipoh. Thus, she has the experience of teaching English for the national syllabus at Sri Ara Schools. Ms Molly’s passion is teaching and she believes that every day is a learning process, and she has completed her studies in Executive  Master’s  (Management). Ms Molly is the form tutor for Year 7T as well as the Head of Department for Bahasa.
 

 

Xin Jing is an enthusiastic Mandarin Teacher. She has a degree in Chinese Studies and a Master’s in Arts (Literacy Studies). Xin Jing has taught Mandarin in secondary schools and universities before this. In her previous position, she was the Head of Department for Mandarin at GEMS International School Pearl City in Penang. Xin Jing has been teaching IGCSE Chinese First Language, Chinese as a Second Language and Mandarin Foreign Language classes. She likes to use games, music, stories, role plays, culinary activities, arts and crafts in her classroom to engage students with their learning. Xin Jing is passionate to share her love for Mandarin and help students explore the rich and dynamic culture of Chinese. She loves seeing students enjoy their Mandarin lessons as she believes happy students make better learners.

 

 

Feeka Nabila Elya is Mathematics Teacher for Secondary Level at Tenby Schools Setia Eco Gardens School. Ms Feeka graduated from Universiti Putra Malaysia with a BSc with aHonours in Mathematics. Since qualifying in 2014, she initially worked at Sri Ara Schools as a Mathematics Teacher.  She has also worked on two continents, teaching Additional Mathematics and Science from upper secondary up to A-Level, and joined the Tenby group in 2015. Ms Feeka has completed the Cambridge International Certificate in Teaching and Learning (CICTL) and Post-Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE).
Radhika 

 

Radhika Subramaniam is currently working as Malay Teacher. She has completed her Degree in Business & Management in 2007. It was a collaborative program between Oxford Brookes University, UK and Nilai University College. After completing her degree she worked in CIMB bank for 1 year. She realized that she always had a passion for teaching during her employment at Cempaka International Ladies College at Bandar Enstek, Sepang in 2009. Upon her return to Johor Bahru, she worked at another International school before joining Tenby. She has been teaching for a total of 7 years. 

Caroline 

 

Caroline Anthonysamy is currently working with Tenby Schools as an EAL teacher. She graduated from Universiti Tun Abdul Razak (UNITAR) with a first class Hons. She is a passionate, optimistic & a dedicated teacher who previously worked for an independent school for five years before she joins Tenby Schools.

Huda 

 

Nurul Huda Mas’od is a Mathematics Teacher in our International School. She graduated from the University Science of Malaysia (USM) with Bachelor of Science with Honors in Pure Mathematics. She has been teaching since 2009 in International Schools Johor Bahru. She is also a Master holder, specializing in Mathematics Education from University Technology Malaysia (UTM).

Siti Abidah Abu Hamid teaches Science and Mathematics at Tenby International School. She graduated from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia with a Master's degree in Education (Chemistry) and a Bachelor of Science (Chemistry). She has been teaching Chemistry, Science, and Mathematics since 2009. 

 Ruhana

 

Ruhana Hamzah is a Science Teacher in our Secondary International. She graduated from National University of Malaysia with a BSc honour in Health Sciences. After graduating at Medical Molecular Biology Institute, she pursued her MSc in Molecular Biology and worked as a junior lecturer at a local university in 2014 before making the decision to move to Johor Bahru and begin working at Tenby School on January 2016.

Taylor Garth 

 

Garth Taylor started his teaching career in 1999, having graduated from the Liverpool John Moores University with PGCE and BA (hons) in Community Sport & Dance. He has teaching experience in different schools in Liverpool, Manchester and Buckinghamshire. During this time, he has taught all areas of the PE National Curriculum for England, including examination subjects in PE, Dance and Citizenship, as well as leadership roles as Head of Year, Head of Department and a member of the Extended Senior Leadership Team. His passion in teaching is using Learning & Teaching strategies to bring education to life for his students. Mr Garth has performed in many different sports, but gained his greatest successes in football and as a dancer. He has scouted in football, and coached at local clubs in football, gymnastics and cricket. Moving to Tenby Schools Setia Eco Gardens in January 2019, Mr Garth is hoping to spend much of his free time travelling and experiencing the delights of Asia with his wife and three children.

 

Norzahidah 

 

Norzahidah Abdul Halim was originally from Kuala Lumpur and she graduated from University Technology of Mara with Degree in Sports Science with hons. She started her teaching experience as Sports Coordinator in Cempaka International School from 2009 until 2016 before she joined Tenby School this year. She is also a certified handball coach since 2015 and also futsal coach under KLFAM since 2010. She is a Scuba diver since 2012 who enjoys Zumba Dance and Fitness related activities.

  Richard

 

Richard Vickers is a member of the Humanities team and teaches History and Geography in the Secondary school. Richard graduated from the University of Lincoln with a degree in Culture and Communication and went on to complete a school-based teacher training programme. Recently, Mr Richard has embarked on a Distanced Learning MA degree in Ancient History at the University of Wales Trinity St. David. Mr Richard began his teaching practice in 2014, working at Cliff Park Ormiston Academy in Norfolk, UK and was promoted to Head of Social Ethics department after his first year in the profession due to his contributions to the curriculum and faculty area. Mr Richard loves to travel the world and enjoy the new perspectives that visiting new and interesting places can offer.

  Kiret Kaur

 

Kiret Kaur hails from Negeri Sembilan and graduated with a Bachelor degree in International Business and Leadership from the University of East London, UK, and is currently pursuing her Master’s of Business Administration from the Anglia Ruskin University, UK. She has more than 8 years of teaching experience and has taught in language and education centres. Ms Kiret previously worked as a lecturer in a college teaching various business subjects before joining Tenby in 2019. Teaching has always been her passion and she has worked with students from diverse backgrounds. 
  Liberty



Liberty Cunningham is an enthusiastic English teacher and Head of English  at Tenby Schools SEG. Originally from the UK, she has a degree in cultural studies, a PGCE in English, and 5 years’ English teaching experience. Liberty prides herself on her ability to make literature come alive, help students to dig deeper to discover hidden meanings, and use language to express themselves in original ways. Providing a creative, personal and positive atmosphere is at the heart of Ms Liberty’s teaching; after all, you don’t have to be wholly serious to be serious about language. Travelling is also a passion of hers and she looks forward to experiencing a culture so unlike her own. In the famous words of Lewis Carroll, “Explanations take such a dreadful time, adventures first!".

 

  Sarah

 

Sarah Smith Nelson is an English Teacher, Form Tutor and Head of House at Tenby Schools. She began her teaching career in 2015 after obtaining a degree and PGCE in Secondary English Education. Since then, she has taught in mainstream schools in England as well as internationally in a British school in Spain. Currently studying for a Master’s degree in Education, Ms Sarah loves to explore different teaching and learning practices, embedding different pedagogies into her lessons to ensure learning remains meaningful, exciting and fun for each and every student under her care. She is also an advocate of learning about English through drama – Shakespeare did write for performance, after all – and has been involved in the organisation and direction of theatrical productions across Secondary and Middle schools. She is very much enjoying being part of the English department at Tenby Schools Setia Eco Gardens and immersing herself into Malaysian culture.     

 Juyiice

 

Juyiice Sim is currently the Science teacher at Tenby Schools Setia Eco Gardens. She graduated from the University of Malaysia Sabah with a BSc in Education, Major in Biology and Minor in Chemistry. She has been teaching since 2009, firstly in a government school in Sarawak, and since then in Singapore. She has worked as a teacher of English, Mathematics, and Science in previous jobs.  She has taught the subjects from Primary up to IGCSE. She enjoys the outdoor activities such as mount hiking and traveling. Juyiice is CIE trained teacher as she has completed Cambridge International Certificate for Teaching and Learning (CICTL).

 Jeanne

 

Jeanne Abrio earned her Bachelor’s degree of Secondary Education, majoring in Art, from the University of the Philippines-Diliman. She has extensive experience in the International Baccalaureate Program in Visual Art in all levels of the program while working at the International School Manila and The Beacon School in the Philippines, and Sekolah Pelita Harapan in Indonesia. Jeanne has spent the last three years teaching the IB MYP and DP Art in Indonesia. Aside from teaching, she has also worked in live concert productions in the Philippines with some of the country’s biggest names in the industry. In her spare time, Jeanne also enjoys writing song lyrics, taking short hikes, watching movies and, of course, making art.

 Lina

 

Siti Lina Mastura Zulrani currently teaches Music and has a zest for sharing her passion for all things musical. She has a Bachelor's Degree (Honours) from UITM for Music Composition. She plays the piano, flute and the percussions. She holds a strong belief that music can change lives for the better as it teaches discipline and compassion while having fun. An engaged and determined teacher, she lives by one of her favourite quotes " Music is a moral law. It gives soul to the universe, wings to the mind, flight to the imagination" - Plato
