Admissions and Fees

Sekolah Sri Tenby

For foreign pupils, the following applies:

  1. Document required for admission:
    • Passport
    • Birth Certificate (Akta / Sijil Kelahiran)
    • Report Book (latest progress report)
    • Document certifying academic level (Surat Akuan Tamat Belajar)
    • School Leaving Certificate (Surat Keterangan Pindah
  2. If a pupil is accepted, a completed registration form has to be submitted to the school.
  3. Registration fee of RM 300 is collected.
  4. The school will provide a letter to be handed to the Immigration Department for the issuance of a student visa and pass.
  5. The prospective pupil then goes to the Immigration Department, Penang to apply for a Student Pass (1 year) with all the documents listed in 1 and 4.
  6. Once the student Pass is obtained, the prospective pupil can enroll at the school.

Tenby International School

Admission Procedure

  1. The pupils have to produce the following documents upon registration.
    • Passport (applicable to Foreign pupil only)
    • Birth Certificate / Identity Card (If any)
    • Report Book (latest progress report)
    • Document certifying academic level (Surat Akuan Tamat Belajar)
    • School Leaving Certificate (Surat Keterangan Pindah)
  2. Registration fee of RM 500.00 (non-refundable) is to be paid upon registration.
  3. The prospective pupil will be given an invoice for deposit and school fees. The pupil will be admitted into the school upon payment of the fees.
  4. For foreign pupils, the school will provide a letter to be handed to the Immigration Department for the issuance of a student visa / pass.

The prospective pupil then goes to the Immigration Department Penang to apply for a Student Pass (1 Year). Refer to checklist (attached) for documents required.

Once the Student Pass is obtained, the prospective pupil can be admitted into the School upon payment of the school fees.

Terms and Conditions

  • Fees DO NOT include books and uniform.
  • Fees are invoiced 3 times a year and are payable before the commencement of every school term.
  • The school reserves the right to impose a late payment charge of 5% per annum on all outstanding fees which has not been paid by the 15th day of the commencement of the new school term.
  • Parents/guardians are to give, in writing, at least one term’s notice BEFORE the student leaves the school. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Payments are to be made by cash or cheque payable to "FONDCARE SDN BHD".
  • Application fees are payable prior to taking the Entrance Assessment and is non-refundable.
  • Registration Fees and Deposit are payable on issuance of Letter of Acceptance and Offer. Registration fees are non-refundable.
  • Deposit is to be topped up yearly according to student’s year of study.
