Tenby Schools Penang began life as a local kindergarten and a private school, with the international school, Tenby International School (TIS) being established in 2007. Tenby Kindergarten, Tenby International School and Sekolah Sri Tenby are all components of Tenby Schools Penang.
New school site progress (August 2011)
In September 2011, the school will move to a new purpose-built campus, conveniently located in Tanjung Bungah. The school will offer education from pre-school to secondary level, teaching the IPC at Key Stage 1 and 2; and the National Curriculum for England, leading to the Cambridge International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) at Key Stage 3 and 4.
The new school complex will be equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, supported by a strong faculty of teaching staff.
