|Jamaliah Edris joined Tenby Schools Setia Eco Gardens as our Reception Teacher in April 2014. She graduated from University of Derby, UK with a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Psychological Studies. She trained and graduated in early childhood education from Wheelock College, Boston, America and graduated with Advance Diploma in Applied Psychology from Singapore. She has been working as a pre-school teacher in private and government schools since 1993 and has held several positions as a Senior Teacher. She is also a trained teacher for Malay Language and Literature from Singapore Institute of Management University.|
|Thupashini Bhaskaran is from Klang Selangor and studied for her Diploma in Child Psychology at UUM Sintok Kedah. Her career working with children began at the age of 19 in her local pre-school and between 2007 and 2009 she was responsible for running a kindergarten. Two years later she became a founding member of Austin Heights International School where she trained as an IPC teacher. She joined Tenby in 2012, where she is currently at Year 1 Form Teacher. She is passionate about teaching and learning and building community through education.|
|Ainnie Radzwien Ahmad. Ms Ainnie graduated in 1999 with a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Missouri – Rolla. She joined Tenby Schools Setia Eco Garden to pursue her passion in teaching as she loves working with children. She completed her Cambridge International Certificate in Teaching and Learning in 2016 and is currently pursuing the Post-Graduate Certificate in Education (international) (PGCEi) from Queens’ University Belfast. Ms Ainnie is the Year 2 class teacher and she loves all forms of creative work especially culturally related topics. These are shown regularly at assembly through the Primary International Culture Society (PICS) performance.|
|Norashikin Ismail. Miss Shikin is a Year 2 teacher in Tenby School Setia Eco Garden since 2015. She graduated with a Bachelor in Sports Science from University Techonology Mara. She is currently completing a Post Graduate Certificate in Education (international) (PGCEi) from Queens University Belfast. She enjoys travelling and exploring different cultures.|
|Purani Smitaa completed her BA in Marketing in University of Hertfordshire,UK. She started her career in teaching with Year 10&11 for Economics and Entrepreneurship, followed by Mathematics for Year 3&4. She also worked in Tenby SEP for one year as a year 1 class teacher before joining Real schools. She has three years of teaching experience. She has a huge interest and passion towards teaching industry and love for spreading knowledge.|
|Thamaraii Gopal is a Year 3 teacher who has completed her Bachelors in English Education at Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman. She has been a lower primary teacher for the past 2 years at Fairview International School Johor and she has decided to continue her third year of teaching at Tenby SEG. Teaching has always been her passion and she enjoys working with this age group.|
Nadia Turner is currently one of the Year 3 Teachers at Tenby International School. Nadia graduated from a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Art at the Queensland University of Technology in Australia in 1997 then relocated to the UK and worked as a professional Artist and Art teacher. After further study in Counselling and Psychotherapy at the Somerset College of Arts and Technology in England, Nadia started teaching children and young adults with severe learning difficulties. Nadia has teaching experience in Australia, England and Singapore, and is continuing her study with an International Postgraduate Degree in Education from Queens’ University Belfast. Nadia has been living in Asia with her husband and three boys for the last 4 years.
Rhachelle Phiecesha Reinholl is a Year 4 teacher at Tenby International School Setia Eco Gardens. She is a graduate from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) Johor with a Masters in Educational Technology and a Bachelor of Education majoring in Mathematics.
|Shefieniza Lazim is the Year 4 teacher at Tenby Schools Setia Eco Gardens. She graduated from University Malaysia Sabah (UMS) with a BA in Social Science (History). She has 5 years kindergarten experience. She joined the Tenby group in 2013 and attended IPC training at Hollandse School Singapore and is currently pursuing her study with a Postgraduate in Diploma of Education (PGDE) from the UNITAR International University.|
|Lidati Salwana joined Tenby School Setia Eco Gardens as Year 6 Teacher in 2016. She graduated from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) Penang with Bachelor of Science (Chemistry) May 2008. She completed her studying with internship in Revertex (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in R&D Division (Latex Department). After graduating she worked as a Chemist in SMC Technology Sdn Bhd for 1 year. She taught Chemistry and Mathematics in SMKA Bandar Penawar. In 2010, she joined Sri Utama School and worked there for 6 years where she taught Biology (SPM & IGCSE), Science (SPM, Checkpoint, PT3) and Mathematics (PT3). She has completed her Trainee Teacher Programme Course with Wilkes University, USA.|
|Shabena Begum is the Year 6 teacher and Lower Primary Coordinator at Tenby International School. She graduated from Goldsmiths University, London, with a BSc in Psychology, and then went onto completing her Post-Graduate certificate in Education at the Institute of Education, London. Having initially worked in the UK, she moved overseas and worked in the Middle East for 2 years, before returning to the UK. She has been with Tenby since August 2014.|
|Michelle Fong is teaching the new National Curriculum of England: Computing Programmes of Study which replaces the current ICT subject. She graduated from University Technology of Malaysia with a BSc in Computer Science. She worked with a local cargo company as a system developer for three years. Then she furthered her studies at University of Greenwich in London completing the MSc in Information Technology and e-Commerce. After graduating she continued her stay in London for a further ten years working as a programmer with a mobile technology company, IT consultant for NHS and BBC. Returning to her home country in 2014, she joined Tenby as a part time Mandarin teacher then becoming a full time teacher in 2015. Now the new national curriculum for computing provides schools with an exciting opportunity to reinvigorate teaching and learning in this important area of the curriculum. She is more than happy to be the coordinator of this new subject and show the children their way to learn about how computers and computer systems work; design and build programs, develop the young learners’ ideas using technology and create a range of content. She also recently completed Cambridge International Certificate in Teaching and Learning (CICTL)|
|Umadevi, also known as Jennifer Abigail is from Negeri Sembilan and has been teaching since 2009. She began teaching English as a supplementary subject at a secondary school and continued with English as General Language at Kolej Yayasan in Negeri Sembilan. She has also been involved in teaching English for Young Learners and set up a design of EYL curriculum for children between the ages of 6-12 years old at a children enrichment centre.|
|Seri Izzatie Binti Abd Azizs is a Nursery Teacher at Tenby Schools Setia Eco Gardens, Johor. She graduated from Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka, UTeM with a Bachelor of Manufacturing Engineering with Honours (Engineering Materials). After graduating she worked as an English teacher at a rural secondary school in Pahang before taking maternity leave for two years. She then resumed her teaching career as one of the founding staff at Cherie Heart International School in Johor Bahru. In December 2012, Seri began at Tenby International School where she has worked in Early Years Foundation and is now undergoing postgraduate International Primary training.|
|Wan Nor Lyana Binti Wan Adnan graduated from KPJ International College with a Diploma in Nursing. She began her nursing career at KPJ Ampang Puteri Specialist Hospital in 2013 before joining Tenby Schools, Setia Eco Garden a year later as a temporary nurse and Early Years assistant teacher. She is passionate about working with this age group and plans to further her studies in the field.|
|Ms Cassendra Lurdes is a Reception Teacher Assistant at Tenby Schools Setia Eco Gardens. She started teaching in 2011. She graduated from University Utara Malaysia with a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Certificate in Information Technology. She has held teaching in Montessori pre-school and Cherie Heart International pre-school.|
