To make it easier for parents, the complete admissions procedure is detailed below:

STEP 1: To submit the Application Form along with the required documention*, which are listed below.

  Malaysian Citizens
1 A copy of both parents’ IC
2 A copy of student’s birth certificate / IC
3 A copy of most recent school report
4 Student’s medical certificates / immunization record
5 3x passport sized photographs (35mm x 50mm with plain white or off-white background)
  Non-Malaysian Citizens
1 A copy of student's passport and visa
2 A copy of parents' passports or ICs
3 A copy of parents' visas (if relevant)
4 A copy of parents' work permits (if relevant)
5 A copy of student’s birth certificate / IC
6 A copy of most recent school report
7 Student’s medical certificates / immunization record
8 5x passport sized photographs (35mm x 50mm with plain white or off-white background)

*Please note that ALL documentation must be complete before we can proceed to process your child’s admission.

STEP 2: To pay RM500 non-refundable Application Fee.

STEP 3: To schedule a date for your child’s assessment.

Ages 3-4: Your child will join the appropriate class and be assessed by their class teachers. Please note that the basic requirement of entry to Nursery & Reception is that children must be toilet trained.

Ages 5-7
: Your child will undergo a paper based assessment that tests a child’s verbal and non-verbal reasoning skills that will take approximately 1 hour. Click here for more information about this test. They will then attend classes for the rest of the day.

Ages 8-16: Your child will undergo a computerised assessment called the Cognitive Abilities Test 4 (CAT4) that is approximately 2 - 3 hours. Click here for more information about this test. They will then attend school for the rest of the day known as a Discovery Day.

STEP 4: We will inform you on the outcome of the assessment within 7 working days.

If the assessment is successful, a Letter of Offer will be issued. You will then have 10 working days to accept or decline the offer.

If the assessment is unsuccessful, a Placement Declined letter will be issued.

STEP 5: To accept the offer, the non-refundable Registration Fee and One Term’s Deposit are required within the offer deadline.
