Note:
1. Fees do not include books and uniforms. Parents are responsible for providing/purchasing general school supplies such as exercise books, stationery, textbooks and uniform for their children (all these items are available from the school shop).
2. Fees are invoiced 3 times a year and are payable before the commencement of every school term.
3. The school reserves the right to impose a late payment charge of 5% per annum on all outstanding fees which have not been paid by the 15th day of commencement of the new school term.
4. Parents/Guardians are to give, in writing, at least one term’s notice BEFORE the student leaves the school. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
5. Payments are to be made by Credit Card, cheque or bank transfer payable to “ESSENTIAL EDUCARE SDN BHD”.
6. Application fee is payable prior to taking the Admissions Assessment and is non-refundable.
7. The Registration Fee and Deposit are payable on the issuance of the Letter of Acceptance and Offer. Registration fee is non-refundable.
8. The Deposit is to be topped up annually according to the student’s year of study.
9. CCAs/out-of-school supervision class fees vary. Fees are paid each term and will vary according to the nature of the CCA. Most of our CCAs are free of charge.
10. Educational visit fees vary depending on the exact details of each visit.
11. Externally set exams such as Cambridge Checkpoint tests and IGCSEs are billed according to entry for the student concerned. Fees vary depending on the exact details of each examination.
12. One ID card per child is provided free of charge but replacements cost 10MYR for first time, 20MYR for second time and 50MYR if replaced more than three times.

Fees for students joining during term time
Students joining in the 1st to 4th school week of the term – 100% fees payable.
Students joining in the 5th to 8th school week of the term – 70% fees payable.
Students joining after the 8th school week of the term – 40% fees payable.
